1 General Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between 9joya and all its users. 9joya is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform designed specifically for users in Bangladesh. 3 Account Registration & Security

Cheating, match fixing, or any form of fraudulent activity in betting is strictly prohibited. 6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

11 Limitation of Liability

9joya is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures. Use of the platform is at the user's own risk. 9joya does not provide compensation for funds lost through betting. Service interruptions caused by force majeure events are not the responsibility of 9joya.

12 Changes & Effectiveness

9joya may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered mobile number or through platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms, 9joya's decision is final.
